GENERAL INFORMATION
The project covers the construction and reconstruction of all types of water supply and sewerage networks for the facility "Fast food restaurant (Hesburger) and hotel", located in an existing building in the central pedestrian zone of Plovdiv, at "Knyaz Alexander I Battenberg" Street No. 13, corner with "Stanislav Dospevski" Street.
PROJECT SCOPE
The building is subject to major renovation and reconstruction, preserving the perimeter walls and roof. The water supply and sewerage part of the project is developed based on the architectural and technological part, as well as a detailed study of existing water supply and sewerage branches.
The current stage covers the fast food restaurant, located on one above-ground and one underground level. The hotel part, consisting of five floors with 16 hotel rooms with individual sanitary units, is planned for subsequent implementation stages.
WATER SUPPLY
The water supply of the facility is provided from the city water supply network through an existing building water supply branch, executed from PEHD pipes with diameter Ø63. The system includes:
- Main valve-water meter unit
- Individual water meter units for separate consumers
- Distribution network, adapted to the high requirements of restaurant kitchen and sanitary facilities
The design solution ensures reliable water supply both for visitors and for the technological needs of the facility.
SEWERAGE
The sewerage system is designed and executed in accordance with the functional distribution and technological process of the facility. Efficient discharge of:
- Domestic-fecal water from sanitary units
- Wastewater from kitchen and technological equipment
- Water from the underground level
The solutions are adapted to the operation of the facility in a busy urban environment and meet all applicable regulatory requirements.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY
All design and construction-installation activities are executed in accordance with applicable Bulgarian and European standards for building water supply and sewerage installations, as well as fire protection requirements for public and commercial buildings.
